Return Policy

Seed products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns are accepted only for unopened seed packets.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns based on change of mind or growing results are not accepted.

In cases of incorrect shipment or defective items due to our error, we will provide an exchange or a full refund without a restocking fee or return shipping charges.
