Shipping Policy
After an order is placed, order and shipping-related notifications will be sent to the registered email address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, changes, cancellations, or address modifications cannot be made.
Shipping Schedule
The peak season, from mid-February through May, orders are shipped daily.
The off-season, shipments are processed three times per week.
In the winter season, shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions.
Please note that shipping is not available on statutory holidays and long weekends.

Non-seed items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. A valid receipt must accompany all returns.
Shipping Costs
We ship all orders via Canada Post (Tracked shipping - UPS, DHL or Purolator)
Standard mail is sent using postage stamps and does not include a tracking number.
If you believe your order has not been delivered or may be lost, please contact us at help@kseedz.com for assistance.
Customers who require a tracking number may select tracked shipping at the following rates:
Standard (untracked) shipping : CAD $4 (CANDAPOST - POSTAGE STAMP)
Tracked shipping : Starting at CAD $9.99
Fast shpping (Air - recommend Western Canada) : Starting at CAD $ 25
For international orders: CANADAPOST
Standard (untracked) shipping: CAD $14
Tracked shipping (EMS) : CAD $26
For both Canadian and international orders:
Orders of CAD $100 or more include a tracking number.
Orders of CAD $200 or more qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to all countries except the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Chile, and South Korea.
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with their country’s seed import regulations.
KSEEDZ is not responsible for orders that are returned or destroyed due to customs regulations and will not reship such orders.
If a refund is requested, the customer must contact us directly to initiate the refund process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped upon receipt, please return it to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.

If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
